Sri KDU Secondary school on Educational Programme Print


The school completed their Educational Programme on 12th March 2010.  There were 7 teachers and 38 students. They were brief on;

1)    Lecture on Orang Utan as an endangered species and role of Orang Utan Island on Conservation of the Orang Utan – By Dr. D. Sabapathy
2)    Slide show – causes of endangerment
3)    Field trip to Orang Utan Island
4)    Questions and answer seasons- conducted by Dr. D. Sabapathy
5)    Certificate presentation – by BMLR General Manager ;Mr. Ahmad Husaini bin Hassan

They were very happy with trip and the teachers mention that they will make a yearly trip to Bukit Merah Orang Utan Island. They also visited Ecopark.
